Event Policy: Tickets for this event are non-refundable, and cancelation will only occur due to severe weather or an act of God. There are no plans for a make-up date should the event be cancelled due to artist availability. Your ticket purchase is a donation to the Wentz Family Foundation, which directly benefits children's charities in Northeast Ohio. Due to artist availability, there is no plan for a makeup concert, and tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. All seating / standing areas are defined and priced accordingly. Standing room on the field is 1st come, 1st serve. No blankets or portable chairs allowed. No outside coolers allowed. Alcohol (beer/wine/mixers) will be available for purchase. Handbags/Purses-bags should be CLEAR and no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". Small wristlets/clutches are also allowed but must not exceed 4.5" x 6.5". No pointers, lasers or weapons of any kind will be allowed. Exact concert time is to be determined and will update our website with all information accordingly.
